We'd love to hear from you, send us a text!

Whewww boy do we get into the meat of the subject in this episode. We really hope you're buckled in for this one because it took us places that we didn't even expect to go.
One of my (Jamie) most favorite parts of doing the research on episode topics that I suggest is listening to Stephanie's (let's see if she notices me using her full government here ๐Ÿ˜‰) raw emotional feedback and the truly extensive and in-depth game of 'vulnerability volleyball' that commences in the aftermath.
So please join us on another real as it comes therapy session between the best of friends that find themselves no longer at the beginning of their healing journey. We'll be discussing how surreal it feels to notice the progress, reflecting on some of the most intense moments of our grief and most importantly, discussing the definition of trauma and how the healing process, in and of itself, can f*ck your sh*t uppp.
In this episode, I think we do a pretty good job of covering the wide range of impacts within trauma while also giving the listeners subtle reminders that there is light at the end of the tunnel and how exactly the trauma child can find their wild, again.
As always, we love all of you and appreciate your feedback more than you'll ever know.
Xoxo
