I do not like the word should but I wasn’t always like this. SHOULD is a big word, full of meaning – when I say should it means I know what the RIGHT way is to do something, and I am dictating it to myself or to others to remind us all about the things we aren’t doing that we SHOULD be. It’s a word loaded with judgement and righteousness. And even when it’s used with the best of intentions, rarely has it ever been used to reinforce self esteem or boost someone’s confidence.

So why do we keep using it? And what can we do instead – come join me today and start shedding a lifetime of shame and shoulds, and embrace the possibilities of what you can accomplish when you aren’t consistently sending yourself on a guilt trip!
In this episode, you will learn:
1. The word 'should' and its negative impact
2. How our choices are individual and based off of our life experience and framework
3. The idea that some things that we 'should' do no longer have a place in our lives
