Without realising it, we regularly make accomplishing our goals harder than it needs to be.

Every (meaningful) goal does of course require investment of time & effort but, in general, there is always a lower stress (or more effortless) way to achieve it.

So in this episode, I'll be sharing 4 ways to make goal achievement more effortless.
