I've been really looking forward to bringing this duo on from Pashunfruit Collective,its founder, Jamila Kream, and Carly Hughes-Horvath, their social media coordinator and photographer. Both content creators and embedded in our industry in various forms, Jamila speaks specifically to her experience with bad OF management companies, taking way larger cuts and simply not knowing how to run business. After too many disappointing incidents, Jamila embarked on her own to create Pashunfruit Collective, an agency for online SWers. Jamila brought Carly, a reknowned photographer based in Vancouver onto her to help run social media for her businesses and for their photoshoots. Carly also shares with us her upcoming and first-ever art show which illustrates her journey from behind the camera to transitioning over and becoming a dancer.
