The meditation we are going to do offers you and your child a fun way to scan your body, feel at ease, and let go of crabby feelings. We are going to ride the waves of the breath through your body like Diver the Dolphin as we swim in the enchanted ocean. When we pay attention and focus our minds on something, as simple as diving into the breath and dolphin swimming in the ocean, it can make us feel really good and relaxed that we can release all of the crabby feelings! Let's join them for a meditation to find calm and flow. Take a deep breath in, and AHhhhhhhhh… a deep breath out.
