The meditation we are going to do offers you and your child a way to let go of bad feelings in your mind so you can relax. Super Stretch invited the Polar Bear to the tree fort at 247 Mindful Path Way to teach him how to breathe deeply and let all of the sad, crabby feelings go. When we pay attention and focus our minds on something, as simple as having hot cocoa, it can make us feel so good and relaxed that we release all of the yucky feelings! Let's join them for a meditation to find calm and have some yummy coco! Take a deep breath in, and AHHHHHHHHH a deep breath out.
