In this episode, Mary Sullivan, a co-founder of Sweet but Fearless, talks with Natasha Malyuk, a Senior Academic Advisor at Seattle University and student in the MBA Sports and Entertainment Management program. In her career journey, Natasha reflects on creating boundaries at work to avoid feeling overwhelmed or burned out as well as the importance of creating a strong support system. Natasha completed her BA in Criminology with a Minor in Sociology and Certificate in Liberal Arts and her post-baccalaureate diploma with a focus on World Literature. She’s currently working towards her MBA in Sports and Entertainment Management. Natasha has worked in higher education for over a decade in student affairs, academic advising, and student focused work in academic, professional and leadership development.
