There is no “getting away” from the challenges of life! But for some, these circumstances can feel so overwhelming that they take their own. Depression doesn’t always look like what you think it should. And none of us are above feeling hopeless and alone - even our “Strong Friends.” This is why it is so important to reach out to your people. Stop, check in, and double-click. Because there may come a day when you can’t ask, “Are you ok?” If you are human - especially a strong one - you need someone to lean on too.
