December 29th, 1980: On a back road outside Houston, Texas, three people had a terrifying close encounter with a huge UFO and a fleet of mystery helicopters. These witnesses later suffered unexplained sunburn, vomiting, hair loss, and a range of physical symptoms likened to the effects of radiation poisoning... effects that would result in a civil court case against the United States Air Force...

On the surface, the experience of Betty Cash, Vickie Landrum and Colby Landrum (sometimes called the Piney-Woods Incident) is one of the most well-documented and convincing UFO cases of the 20th Century. But is everything as it seems? Mike and Martin investigate.
