Tapping for limiting beliefs can be tricky because there isn't always an emotion that goes along with them.

Beliefs like "I am never going to succeed", "I won't ever be able to lose weight", and "Everyone will judge me if I share my work" can feel like facts and finding an entry point to tap for is difficult.

This week's podcast covers the three ways that I approach tapping on limiting beliefs. There are also some bonus instructions on how to figure out if the limiting belief you are tapping for is actually the underlying issue or if it is something else.

The process is simple enough that after hearing it just once you will be able to incorporate it into your own tapping.
