In episode 14, we explore "shoulds" – along with what we PLAN versus what actually happens... including:

• feeling we 'should' do something – and doing our best to avoid it!

• having SO many things we want to do/so little time, or

• at times, having no idea WHAT we want to do!

• the Butterfly effect – aka: "Squirrel!"

• what's REALLY going on for us?

And we look at strategies that can help:

• 'body doubling'

• 'now and next'

• productive pottering!'

• how to get started, and

• minding your language!
