What is your posture like right now? In this episode, we hear a portion of Jewely’s session where Rachel explains when we are led by our heart/chest part of our body, we are easily pushed around, but when we are led by the root part of our body, we can’t be moved. Rachel discusses how your physical state affects your emotional and intellectual state. Changing your posture is a quick and easy way to change your current mood. Rachel encourages you to play with weak postures and strong postures, and notice how your thoughts and emotions change.
