WELCOME TO SEASON 2!
We’re starting by needing out with Andie! We’re talking about our ancestors from 250,000 years ago. Learn all about how we are not so different from them. 🤝
Anthropology, the study of human culture, has exploded in recent years with new findings about the prehistoric past thanks in part to technological advancements and diverse, multi-disciplinary approaches to research. Ancestral Habits is a passion project to share this research and illuminate the previously misunderstood life and culture of prehistoric people before the dawn of agriculture ~12,5000 years ago back to the dawn of our species ~250,000 years ago.

I have a degree in Anthropology and have built my career in biomedical research development which helps me convey the incredible anthropological findings I share in an accessible and engaging way for a broader audience. It is such a privilege to bring people together from all over the world through our shared past. I believe that ancestral habits not only shine a light on the mysterious souls who came before us, but also offer us a deeper understanding of ourselves and each other. Stop by on instagram and introduce yourself!
