We continue Brooke’s transplant journey with part four of the story, the process of waiting for and finding the perfect liver. We talk about how the transplant list works in the US, how long Brooke would’ve lived without a new liver, and what it’s like to wait for that new organ to arrive. Expect raw emotions when it comes to how Brooke processed the rapid failing of her liver and the need for a transplant, all before she turned 21.
