The holidays can be both magical and anxiety-provoking all at the same time. In this episode, I'll discuss the sometimes tumultuous waters of holiday emotions and food. And I will provide you with actionable steps to take to make your holidays more manageable.

  • 🙏 Counting Your Blessings: Gratitude can be a powerful tool for managing emotions and food cravings. I'll explore how a gratitude practice can help you savor the season's joys without relying on food as your sole source of comfort.
  • 🍽️ Being Selective: With all the delicious temptations around, it's crucial to make mindful choices. Discover how to enjoy your favorite holiday treats without feeling guilty or losing control. Also, how to be selective about who you spend your time with.
  • 📝 Making Decisions Ahead of Time: Proactive planning can save you from impulsive, regrettable food choices. We'll discuss the art of setting yourself up for success during those holiday gatherings.
