Life throws curveballs, and sometimes you have to pivot and change your focus to get through life’s ups and downs. When those times happen, and you realize it is time to get back to working towards your goal, whatever it is, getting back on track can be challenging.

For most of us, the goal is weight loss and sometimes, we have to take a break but when it is time to get back to it, how do you do it and set yourself up for success?
