Body dysmorphia is constantly stressing obsessing and picking apart your body and your general appearance. This affects both men and women and since the rise of social media it has gotten worse. About Guest: Laurel went to UWI and graduated with first class honors for a major in Animal Biology and minor in Psychology. She struggled with depression, suicidal thoughts and schizophrenia. She's mental health advocate who believes in a holistic approach to mental wellness.
