Manage episode 433011334 series 3586036
In this episode, Maria struggles with beating herself up for going off the plan when she indulged some treats at a potluck. Connie, too, admits that she had some bread at her daughter's birthday party. Yet both women recognized that it only fortified their mindset more, that they don't need those foods in their diet and it only made them feel worse. Yet there are some victories as well. Connie achieved her "Onederland" goal weight, and now sets her sights on a new goal number. And Maria was delighted to find her sleep has vastly improved with this ketovore way of eating. Both women dive into the mental aspect of food addiction and how to remain strong in the faith that God wanted something better for us than the Standard American Diet.
