Bethie and I freely admit that we suck at self care. We do! Through the years, however, we've learned that there's a crucial 15 minute daily habit that propels us to dramatically better self care. It's something that's extremely simple; anybody can do it; and it leads to stronger and more vibrant health! What more could you ask for, at least in that area that so many moms (including us) need improvement with: self-care?
