This episode was requested by an audience member to cover holistic sleeping.
I remember working in a corporate job and it be halfway through the day and I'd be exhausted. I would have to go take naps in my car on my lunch break so my body could recalibrate and finish the workday.
I had no idea at this time about the idea of having a spiritual practice, what the world of energy can offer you, or the gifts that I carried. Yet as all of us are energetic beings who are sensitive to energy, picking up the thoughts of others, and being able to receive messages from a Higher Power. Our body really is our vessel, our conductor that is desiring to match a frequency allowing greater ideas to come through us, so feeling tired is normal. Needing to take naps is normal. So beginning to understand the power of holistic sleeping is a must in order to ascend on your life journey and spiritual path. As sleep is the gateway between you and your dream world being brought into reality.
