Why should we stretch? How often? When?

Does nutrition affect our flexibility?

Starting from the bottom:

1. Calf, lower leg

2. knees

3. Thighs (with roller)

4. hips

5. Hands, wrists

6. Elbows with Shoulders

7. Neck (upper trap stretch)

8. Torso twist

9. Half squat

10. Open Chest Stretch
