Host Alan Selby discusses nutrition for high performance athletes with Dr. Stuart Phillips. Dr. Phillips is a protein and nutrition expert out of McMaster University, department of Kinesiology and School of Medicine. He is a Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Skeletomuscle health and is the director of the McMaster Centre of Nutrition, exercise and health research, and physical activity centre of excellence.
