Guest speaker Nick Stageberg currently holds the position of CEO of Black Swan Real Estate. Prior to his success in real estate, Nick spent 15 years working in software development, helping his company grow from $13 million in private venture capital to a $100 million private equity sale. His real estate career began at the age of 14, where he found himself seeking safe housing due to family health issues. He lived rent-free at a family friends house under the condition that he would clean and rehab their basement. This value-add flip propelled Nick to now owning a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio.
