Hello friends, on today's show, we are discussing four habits that could sabotage your ability to lose weight and keep it off. Taking a look at our habits and rituals is so important to creating the life you want because your habits and rituals will determine if we can set sail towards our goals or if we stay stuck and idle on shore. Forgive the sailing analogies. :)
