Hello friends, on today's podcast, I am sharing tips on how to use mindfulness to control diabetes distress. Diabetes distress is an emotional response to the burdens of living with diabetes and the self-care necessary to manage diabetes. Mindfulness will not help you manage your stress levels overnight, but continued practice will help you to make it a powerful tool in your fight against this disease.
