Mary Vitullo, LPN, Bach Flower Registered Practitioner, and Certified Holistic Health Coach, joins Dr. Bunny to discuss Bach Flowers and Holistic Health. Mary shares the story of her personal journey to becoming a health practitioner, beginning with the early days when she became interested in holistic health. In the 70’s she came out to California, from New Jersey, to go to school and she got fully involved with learning about holistic health – diet, energy, food, mood (and how food affects our mood!), massage, reflexology, etc. She eventually went back to the east coast and became a nurse, something that had its own challenges! In the early 80’s, Mary learned about Bach Flowers, and her evolution as a health and wellness consultant and educator continued. Mary explains what Bach Flowers are, as well as what they aren’t. She also tells us who Dr. Bach was and how he came to create these flower essences. Tune in and learn more about Mary’s diverse background and how the amazing Bach Flower Essences can help you!
