For more than 10 years, former lawyer and bestselling author David Gillespie has devoted himself to exposing forces in today's society that work against our interests as consumers and citizens. His bestselling books include Sweet Poison (where he looks at the impact of sugar addiction), Big Fat Lies (where he explores the food industry), and Toxic Oil (where he surveys the impacts of various cooking oils on our health). He's also written on education in Free Schools, nutrition in Eat Real Food, and everyday psychopathy in Taming Toxic People. Most recently, David tackled the effect of screens and devices on teens in Teen Brain. Now he turns his attention to anxiety, depression, and addiction, and how we can learn to reset our brains for improved mental health.
