This is a thought provoking episode! We take a little bit of a new perspective in this one and debate what makes a sport a sport! Is gaming, NASCAR, chess a sport?

You will also find out how/why these actually DO require physical fitness, how being aerobically fit could benefit these 'athletes', what brain health has to do with all of this. We also discuss how an entirely NEW field of fitness could develop for sports like these - and even supplements! (They have already! They're called nootropics, supplements for your brain!).

If you enter this one with an open mind you will thoroughly enjoy it. Don't miss it! Note I am NOT sharing the time stamps for this one because you really need to listen to the whole thing to get the full perspective!
