How do you prevent the urge to quit on your goal when the discomfort of doing new or hard things gets too strong?

The answer is easy and is often overlooked --
You get clear on the reasons behind doing what you want to do.
I call this knowing your WHY.
Listen to this episode to learn:

  • 10 questions you can ask yourself to uncover your why
  • The important role your WHY plays in goal setting and goal getting.
  • Why it's important to keep revisiting your WHYs as you work on your goal (and how I do this)
  • How having a clear and strong WHY makes success even sweeter
  • Five examples of my WHYs that anchor me and keep me going when the work gets hard

Navigating the discomfort of doing hard things is a part of flying. Having a strong WHY helps make that flight a little smoother.
