In this episode I talk to Raessa who works with Mindtales, a tech organisation dedicated to increasing health accessibility in the UAE. Passionate about mental health, law and entrepreneurship, Raeesa graduated with degrees in Psychology and Legal Studies from NYU Abu Dhabi in 2020. During this podcast, we talk about how she suffered from imposter syndrome in her teens and how she developed a strong sense of low self-trust for herself and others around her - and how she overcame this. Tune in to be inspired :)

The Foghorn Podcast is where I speak to teens and young adults about how they overcame a challenge in their life, whether that be in education, anxiety or upbringing. My interviewees share what helped them and, looking back, what could have helped them at the time - giving advice to hopefully help teenagers in similar situations now.

If you enjoyed today’s show, please make sure to like & review, and share with anyone you feel would benefit from the advice given.

I am a qualified teacher and certified family coach, working with teens and young adults to help them find their place in society and in the world.
