The Festive Season.. it’s the time where a lot of women find themselves overcommitted, under-rested and exposed to more ‘button pushing’ moments than any other time of year

For a woman experiencing anxiety, this can take the fear of judgment, awkwardness of social settings and need to keep everyone else happy to a whole other level

So in this episode, I walk you through the below journaling prompts (including examples) that guide you toward more inner calm, and to understand what is triggering discomfort in your body and mind:

  1. Where can I recognise my power and capability in creating that for myself?
