Rhian Stephenson is a nutritionist, a naturopath, and an industry leader in nutrition and holistic health and fitness. She's also the founder of ARTAH, the award-winning nutrition and supplement brand. Rhian's love of well-being started at a young age in Canada when she began her career as a competitive swimmer and continued as she progressed to an international level.
