Lauren Windas is a registered and licensed nutritionist, naturopath, NLP practitioner, author and master practitioner in eating disorders and obesity. Lauren was diagnosed with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (also commonly referred to as M.E. or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), and was determined to take the natural approach for healing.
