Hello and welcome to another episode of the Guilbault Girls Show. I am your host Karen Guilbault, and today’s guest is Kate Zink, founder of Chronically Holistic.

Kate is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), an amateur homesteader, a nurse, a wife and proud mama of her beautiful baby boy named Forest.
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), Kate holds the foundational knowledge of the importance of a properly prepared, nutrient-dense, whole food diet. She focuses on healthy digestion, proper blood sugar regulation, fatty acids, cellular hydration, and minerals stores. Through her own personal experience and credentials, she is more than qualified to help others heal through diet with a holistic approach.
As I prepared for my interview with Kate I began to think of all the invisible disabilities out there. These invisible disabilities are not always obvious to the onlooker, but can sometimes or always limit daily activities, range from mild challenges to severe limitations and vary from person to person.
