Do you always feel like you have to be “on”, to be doing something, or being productive to feel good?
Whereas if you're sitting still, enjoying life, or living at a slower pace, you start to feel guilty and you start to feel shameful. That’s when your to-do list runs through your head like a waterfall. You want to be able to relax, but your brain is telling you that you need to be busy.
On today's Powerback® episode, we are talking about this feeling and giving you the tools so you can shift this and no longer have to continue to be busy for no fucking reason.

- Undoing an old habit and building up a new healthier one
