Craig was a trainer in the 80’s & progressed to become the owner of the biggest PT studio in the Southern Hemisphere and a performance coach for professional sports teams. He’s now an exercise scientist, corporate speaker, radio show host, author of multiple books, amazing podcast host and now, a PhD student.
