So many of you want to get into a meal prep routine this new year and for good reason- meal prep is a game changer for making meals easier, all week long. But one of the biggest mistakes I see people make when they jump into meal prep is going in too hard, too soon and prepping so much they overwhelm themselves and don’t want to prep again- or prepping things that don’t make enough of an impact on their daily life so they don’t WANT to go back and meal prep again- and that’s what I want to talk about today.
