Zac of High Desert Sauce Co is a brand out of Arizona brings us a green sauce with roasted jalapeno, pineapple, and a unique pepper to his SW region, chiltepin pepper. Erica from Queen Majesty has wowed us with flavors before and the Scotch Bonnet & Ginger is no exception. Great heat flavor balance that has us wanting to add to shrimp, wings, and sushi.
