We found our sauces for Mexican and Caribbean food this week as we dive into these two alums of the Boston Hot Sauce festival. Rhed's Morita sauce gave us all the flavors we want for tacos, nachos, burritos, etc while Rockin' Rasta from Hell's Kitchen delivered on a coconut curry that had us needing some shrimp over rice.
