Hi!
I’m Karen Hall, Host of The Hero Within Podcast.
We continue with our guest, my new friend, Heather Ash Burroughs.
If you haven't listened to Part 1 and Part 2, click
here and hear how Heather followed in her father's footsteps to become a school psychologist and advocated for her daughter, Devyn, and won her case with the US Dept of Justice. Heather and Homesteads for Hope help support, teach skills, and provide hope for those with special needs and for their families in collaboration with the community.

Today in Stand Up and Speak Out Part 3,
you will learn:
*
How Heather's gifts of being sweet and polite while courageously using her voice to fight for her daughter helped her collaborate with others in win win solutions.
*Heather
shares how she feels a spiritual connection with others and views us all as children of God that she advocates for.
*Heather's miracle with her sweet, polite manner showing love to her assailant, changed the trajectory from being attacked and robbed to being safe.
*Heather feels her father close, smiling down on her and her work.

How have you used your gifts to bless others?

I'd love to hear your thoughts! Our guest would love to hear your feedback too! If you'd like to support the podcast, please follow/subscribe to be alerted to upcoming episodes and also, leave a review.
