Food has been a very time and energy sucking area of my life! I felt so overwhelmed with grocery shopping, meal planning, and then executing a plan for delicious meals that would make my family feel good and I think a lot of this came from feeling as if I didn't have the time and margin to really learn.

This episode is all about my personal journey and how it has really shifted in this past year! I'm sharing the joy and benefits that have come from this shift but also very practical steps I've taken to lightly the load of the overwhelm I have felt.
