I’m constantly being asked a LOT of questions about perimenopause... so if you’re experiencing changes in your body that leave you feeling confused and overwhelmed, you aren’t alone. Perimenopause isn't a sudden occurrence; it's more like a reverse puberty, spanning anywhere from two to ten years.
