We all carry fat in different parts of our bodies but as we go through perimenopause and menopause, our hormones signal our body to store more fat around our middle aka the dreaded belly fat! In this episode we have a look at why belly fat becomes an issue, what are the hormones that are driving it and the metabolism shift we can experience during our 40s and 50s.
