I have been on both ends of the weight loss struggle--- I have followed diets, counted calories, both hated and loved my scale, eaten waayyy too much cabbage soup and tried different supplements to increased weight loss. I have also worked a as Hypnotherapist helping others with their struggle to lose weight or keep at a healthy weight without falling into unhealthy patterns of behavior. So..now over 25 lbs down and feeling great--how did i do it!! I QUIT DIETING! crazy idea---I know. But diets are dangerous---for our bodies as well as our self esteem! In this episode, I discuss 5 dangerous things I once believed about taking weight off. Do NOT make the mistakes that I did!
