In this episode we’re getting to know one of our many amazing Industrious Coaches, Courey Schaefer! Prior to coaching at Industrious Courey was a Division-I swimmer, had a background in yoga, and worked a typical corporate job. She joined the Industrious team as a yoga instructor, transitioned into a part time coach, and is now the Gym Manager of our Lynnwood location.
