Tom Naughton is the creative force behind the best-loved FatHead – The Movie. And, when I first interviewed him, he mentioned that he was working on a children’s book that covers what real nutrition should be.

The book, titled Fat Head Kids – Stuff About Diet and Health I Wish I Knew When I Was Your Age, is now available, and it is excellent. As you might expect, Tom has done a fantastic job explaining difficult concepts in a way that kids (and adults) can easily understand.

In this episode, I talk to Tom about the process of writing the book, some of the more difficult aspects, and his willingness to share some of the more difficult parts of his life story. And, of course, he’s really easy and fun to talk to. So I know you’re going to love listening.

You can find his book on his website (http://www.fathead-movie.com), or on Amazon.
