How to set the right disciplines in place?
What happens when the emotions, hurts and pains demand to be fed?
We struggle with discipline because of the Mindset that’s in place.
Don’t overload yourself with discipline, just focus on 1 discipline at a time.

  1. Master that discipline 30, 45, 60, 90 days to master a discipline
  2. The right discipline…
  • Will remove temptation
  • Will build confidence
  • Will bring the right focus
  • Set the right boundaries
  • Build stronger habits
  • Will be a continuous process
  • It will move you in the right direction
  • Will Cultivate the right mindset/mentality

What’s Lingering in your life is mostly because of the undisciplined lifestyle that we have lived.
When we lead with discipline we will get better.
The moment you pick up this discipline, don’t ever let it go.
To get a better version of you, it’s got to be the disciplined version of ourselves.
