A good leader is not just someone who manages a team well, or manages a lot of projects or clients well. A good leader is someone who does the inner work on themselves to better be able to empathize with the people they work closest with.
On today’s podcast, I speak with my fellow Adult Chair® Certified Coach and dear friend, Laura of Lead Intact™. We talk extensively about what it means to not only lead with empathy, integrity, presence, and awareness, but how doing the inner work can truly impact and improve your everyday life.
