Today I've got the incredible Adya Cadden on the show all the way from Costa Rica. Adya's insight and (what I consider) deep wisdom will be pouring through your head set, so get ready to get inspired.
After over 20 years along her journey of studying various forms of healing modalities, yoga and energy work she has embodied a deep understanding and insight into the path of journeying through the vast inner realms of the body to revealing the mysterious healing that lies within.
Adya’s sharing has been deeply influenced by her work with yoga therapy, art therapy, prenatal yoga, birth support as a doula, earth art creation, herbal medicine, and the women’s prayer of the moon dance ceremony. She shares with us here how they amalgamate into an approach to life that has allowed her capacity to flow and heal herself to come forth, and how she teaches others to do the same.
She's got an epic and awe inspiring story about the 20m fall she had from a cliff years ago and how this became the catalyst for this epic path that she walks today; its a good one, jump on and get inspired by this gang.
