My cousin and I grew up similarly as our moms are sisters and both parented us in the same way. The control from our moms in our childhoods affected our adult lives and my cousin explains in detail how this affected her marriage and changed how she raised her three boys once she realized she did not want to repeat the pain she experienced with her own children.
